02 Description of Service
We operate personal applications that enable content creation and publishing to social media platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X, and we may operate an optional SMS/text-message program. These applications may access your social media accounts with your explicit authorization via OAuth or similar authentication mechanisms.
03 SMS / Text Messaging Terms
If you opt into a gl1tchf1sh text-messaging program, the following terms apply:
- By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from gl1tchf1sh. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Messages are limited to the account, service, and notification messages you have requested. Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not share your mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
04 User Accounts and Authorization
To use our services, you may be required to authorize our application to access your social media accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your authorization. You may revoke access at any time through the respective platform's settings, and you may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
05 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to publish content that violates any applicable laws or the terms of service of any connected platform. You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through our services.
06 Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
07 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
