gl1tchf1sh operates a small set of personal, self-hosted applications and services. Some connect to social platforms with your authorization; one is an optional SMS/text-message program you can opt into. This policy explains what is collected and how it is used.
01 Information We Collect
- Connected social accounts. When you authorize an application to connect with your social media accounts, we may receive limited profile information (such as your username and account ID) as provided by the platform's API. We do not collect personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
- SMS / messaging program. If you opt in, we collect your mobile phone number and the content and metadata of the messages you exchange with the program.
- Basic analytics. We use privacy-respecting, cookieless, self-hosted analytics that record aggregate usage only. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.
02 How We Use Your Information
Information collected is used solely to:
- Authenticate your identity with connected platforms;
- Publish content to your authorized accounts on your behalf;
- Operate the SMS program — sending and receiving the messages you requested;
- Maintain, secure, and improve the functionality of our services.
03 SMS / Text Messaging Program
Where gl1tchf1sh offers a text-messaging (SMS) program, the following terms apply:
- Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from gl1tchf1sh. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Program. Messages are limited to the account, service, and notification messages you have requested (for example, status updates and replies).
- Frequency. Message frequency varies.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
- Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or email gl1tchf1sh@gl1tchf1sh.com.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No third-party sharing of mobile data. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in information, your phone number, or the fact of your consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for any purpose other than delivering the messaging service you requested (for example, our messaging provider, which processes your number solely to transmit messages on our behalf).
04 Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on private, self-hosted infrastructure. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Access tokens, phone numbers, and message data are stored securely and used only for their intended purpose.
05 Third-Party Platforms & Providers
Our applications integrate with third-party platforms (for example, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies. SMS messages are delivered through a messaging provider that processes your number solely to transmit messages on our behalf. We only access data that you explicitly authorize.
06 Data Retention
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Revoking OAuth access through any connected platform will immediately prevent further access to that account, and replying STOP will remove you from the SMS program.
07 Your Rights
- Access the data we hold about you;
- Request correction or deletion of your data;
- Revoke authorization at any time;
- Opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP;
- Contact us with any privacy concerns.
08 Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
